What You Bring

-Two year technical degree in Technical Drafting or equivalent -Must be able to work independently -Ability to successfully collaborate and communicate with individuals in a team environment -Ability to learn and successfully apply company, client and projects standards and procedures -Demonstrated knowledge and experience with 3D software programs such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Bentley, Solidworks, Revit, and Sketch up as well as graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop. -7 or more years of infrastructure related experience required -Must have permanent authorization to work in the US -Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) -Thorough understanding of site layout logistics as it can relate to substation equipment layout for efficient drafting and ease of construction -Good organization and communication skills to assure projects are completed on schedule -Detailed drafting experience with substation electrical equipment layout, conduit design, grounding design, lighting design, lightning protection design, protection one-line diagrams, schematics and interconnection wiring diagrams using AutoCAD. -Knowledge of MicroStation is a plus
