Tasks

-Secondary responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of monthly sales and use tax returns. -Assist with the calculations of foreign income tax provision and financial statement reporting. -The primary focus will be to assist with the preparation and review of Federal and State income tax returns, extensions, and quarterly estimated tax payments primarily consisting of data gathering, validation and PBC coordination. -Gather data for transaction tax audits and research related issues. -Perform domestic and international technical tax research and prepare written advice. -Coordinate data gathering and responding to internal and external inquiries. -Receive, organize, file and dispose of notices from tax authorities -Gather data in support of property tax filings

What You Bring

-Good written and oral communication skills -Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures -Must have strong Excel skills including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables -Experience with ERP Software and financial reporting consolidation software (preferred) -Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments -Demonstrated problem solving skills with experience in researching, analyzing and interpreting data. -Federal and state income tax return preparation experience required -Sales and Use Tax return preparation experience a plus -5 + years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax experience -Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (CPA is preferred) -Demonstrates pro-active and solution-oriented approach
