Tasks

-Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking. -Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities. -Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback. -Manage and co-ordinate with consultants on the relevant stages of the project. -Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials. -Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.

What You Bring

-Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development. -Good working knowledge of Revit and other commonly used design applications. -5+years post-qualification experience, of successfully delivering UK & international mid to large-scale projects. -Respond positively towards clients and consultants. -Experience in managing mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale UK and International architectural projects, in the commercial mixed-use sector through all aspects of design and development. -Knowledge of British building regulations. -Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed design and technical skills. -Strong drawing skills alongside good written and spoken communication. -Agile working with the option of three days in the studio and two working from home.
