-Build market insights and collaborate with Sales to promote service offerings during product sales. -Lead customer-facing initiatives to drive service sales growth and market presence. -Align service operations with key customer accounts and use feedback to improve experience. -Lead, structure, and develop a skilled, motivated service team through effective recruitment and training. -Ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence across UK sites. -Develop and deliver service marketing materials to enhance visibility and transparency. -Implement the UK Service strategy for instrumentation and support new product/service offerings. -Champion a strong safety culture and maintain full compliance with HSE and integrity standards.
