Tasks

You will work closely with managers, staff and external partners to identify risks, drive improvement and embed a positive, preventative approach to safety and wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you'll provide expert advice, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, while promoting initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing. -Develop, implement, and review Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments -Deliver engaging training and toolbox talks on H&S and wellbeing topics -Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements -Support wellbeing programmes and initiatives that foster a supportive workplace culture -Conduct site inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure legal and internal compliance -Provide expert advice to all levels of the organisation on H&S and wellbeing matters

What You Bring

Our client is looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join their team and champion a proactive safety culture across our organisation. -Excellent communication and influencing skills -Strong knowledge of current H&S legislation and best practice -A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships -NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) required; Diploma or higher qualification desirable

Benefits

Daily Rate - £170 - £180 per day
