Tasks
-Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions -Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in HSE management -Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees at all levels -Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company in HSE-related matters -Travel to various work sites as needed to ensure consistent implementation of HSE practices -Manage and mentor the HSE team, fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization -Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement -Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE management systems and policies aligned with local and international standards -Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards -Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution -Prepare and present detailed HSE performance reports to senior management -Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for HSE metrics

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of local and international HSE regulations and standards -Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HSE management software -Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities -Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CMIOSH (Chartered Member of IOSH), or equivalent -Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HSE management -Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in industrial or construction settings -Experience in managing and mentoring HSE teams -Willingness to travel to various work sites as needed -Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization -Strong leadership and team management skills -Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field -Ability to develop and implement effective HSE strategies aligned with organizational goals -In-depth knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment techniques, and incident investigation methodologies -Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and HSE practices -Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
