Tasks

-Coordinating proposal documents, specifications, drawings, and related information -Continuing coordination efforts with projects and/or sales groups until project is awarded; -Computing pricing based on developed take-offs and client data; develops technical and commercial responses to include in proposals in conjunction with QA/QC and contracts department -Generating material and labor take off based on client drawings, specifications, and/or bills of quantity -Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times. -Attending "kick-off" meetings internally and with client if necessary for awarded projects; -Acting as a liaison with Contracts department regarding relevant bid/award documentation;

What You Bring

-Post-offer drug/alcohol screen -Excellent analytical and technical skills required in facilitating the execution of projects based on preliminary information only -Must be self-directed and detail oriented -Proficient in MS Excel -Preferably 2+ years of experience or equivalent combinations of experience, training, and/or education in specified skill -Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills -"Personal Protective Equipment" (hearing protection, safety glasses, long sleeve shirt, gloves, steel toe boots, etc.) required when in shop/yard areas.
