Overview

Perform routine service and maintenance on HVAC equipment at customer sites.

Tasks

-Perform Belt adjustment and replacement services -Operate mechanical equipment if deemed necessary by customer contract -Perform general housekeeping tasks as required by customer contract -Perform Indoor Air Quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans -Perform Cooling Tower and Condenser Maintenance (coils, evaporators and tubes) -Clean and perform routine maintenance as required for solar energy equipment

Requirements

What You Bring

-EPA Refrigeration certification a plus -Familiarity with HVAC equipment -Oil and Grease Bearings -High School Diploma or equivalent -This position requires a current driver's license -Self-starter with ability to work independently
