Tasks

-Monitoring project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. -Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain efficient workflows. -Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. -Leading daily site meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan upcoming tasks. -Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. -Conducting safety briefings and inspections to maintain a safe working environment. -Supervising and mentoring field personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to project goals. -Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to mitigate risks. -Overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Communicating regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. -Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. -Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs. -Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
