What You Bring

-Is SustainabilityDriven: Shows a keen interest and working knowledge of sustainable building design, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction—aligned with both regulatory and voluntary standards. -Is Digitally Fluent: Experienced in working within a BIM environment, with practical skills in Revit and a collaborative approach to digital design workflows. -Holds a degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Architectural Engineering, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for innovative design. -Has Proven Design Experience: Brings handson experience in mechanical building services design across a variety of building types and project scales, with a track record of delivering highquality solutions. -Is On the Path to Chartership: Actively working towards Chartered Engineer status through a recognized institution such as IMechE or CIBSE, demonstrating commitment to professional growth.
