Tasks
-Analyse and adjust unit rates, price BOQ items, support value engineering exercises, collect market quotations, and assist in tender estimates and cost plan reporting. -Assess cost implications of materials, labour and construction methods during design and execution stages. -Prepare cost plans at different design stages including Concept, Schematic, and Design Development. -Apply working knowledge of construction technologies and methods in cost planning tasks.
