-Ensure compliance with Balfour Beatty Business Management System. -Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular reports. -Review and improve processes for efficiency and lean working. -Resolve disputes promptly and update records to prevent recurrence. -Log and monitor HGV incidents through to resolution.
