Tasks

-Take client orders and ensure timely fulfillment. -Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate branch operations to achieve organizational goals. -Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc. -Evaluate the needs of the team and make recommendations for necessary actions. -Create a positive working climate that fosters sales efficiency and professional development of team members. -Plan and participate in annual inventory activities. -Resolve technical problems related to products in a timely and effective manner. -Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue. -Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product availability. -Interview, hire, and oversee training of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. -Stay updated on markets, trends, and developments in the industry to stay ahead of competitors' activities. -Provide support to client services, including answering client calls and offering technical support to clients and employees. -Manage internal staff, providing leadership, motivation, and coaching to achieve team goals. -Develop and maintain good business relations with internal and external stakeholders.
