Tasks

-Creating understandable visual representations to communicate complex concepts and models for various target audiences -Leading the discovery of new data foundational and/or business-initiated projects and gathering requirements using effective business analysis techniques -Consulting with stakeholders and acting as a conduit between stakeholders and the technical squad including Architect, Technical Team etc. -Documenting business processes during the investigation and discovery with stakeholders or other parties to create certified documents used by the enterprise in terms of functional knowledge -Facilitating and managing stakeholder engagement -Identifying and documenting current and future business process, changes, and improvements to facilitate change management -Translating business requirements into detailed and actionable specifications and requirements documents -Organizing and facilitating user acceptance testing with business users

What You Bring

-Strong SQL knowledge -Ability to understand the business processes in the technical landscape of Data & Analytics and help translate into an actionable document for the development team -3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, related to Data & Analytics -Solid understanding of data models (ERDs) -Experience using JIRA -Familiar with the Data & Analytics product lifecycle -Experience with working in Agile/waterfall methodologies -Experience working in Power Automate -Possess a high level of analytical and critical thinking -Strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple, competing priorities -Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders to be able to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems, and business requirements efficiently
