Tasks

-Depending on project needs, may perform a phase manager role in complex projects as needed. -Meets with product representatives to obtain latest specifications and product information. -Schedules technical support staff engaged in the preparation of drawings and specification documents. -Assists project architect in the preparation of construction documents and specifications using computer assisted design software and equipment. -Contributes to cost estimation processes, enhancing your understanding of project budgeting and financial implications. -Assists in the preparation and production of various studies and reports. -Prepares scale drawings and assists in the development of contract documents. -Maintains and updates resource material library. -Participates in firm-wide quality initiatives. -May coordinate technical staff project responsibilities. -Assists in the preparation and production of presentation materials, models and material boards.

What You Bring

-Must enjoy collaborating with a design team -Advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite -LEED accreditation preferred -Florida Architectural License preferred, not required -Able to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture and four (4) years related experience. -Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up and other design applications
