Tasks
-Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders—including manufacturers, data providers, energy aggregators, and technology providers—within the demand response and load flexibility ecosystem. This involves leading negotiations, finalizing mutually beneficial and legally sound agreements, and ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into existing infrastructures while fostering ongoing collaboration and compliance with contractual obligations. -Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer success, you will align go-to-market strategies with overall business objectives. You will manage partnership discovery with technical, sales, and market leaders, develop market sizing and pricing recommendations, for executive leadership review and buy in. -Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partners. Analyze data and metrics to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions to identify and vet new opportunities with existing partners. -Understand trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in load flexibility. Use these insights to identify partnership opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on market demands.

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment -Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both with clients and internal stakeholders. -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. -Exceptional communication and presentation skills. -3 + years of utility/energy industry experience -5 + years of partnership, sales or consulting experience with a track record of nurturing beneficial partner relationships to achieve revenue goals -Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. -Ability to learn the nuances of different segments of the utility market including decision making process, regulatory environment and market influences are important, too. -Market & Ecosystem Expertise
