-Keep equipment and trucks in tip-top shape -Monitor safety and quality standards on site -Snow Ranger Crew Leads – Take charge, coordinate teams, and ensure top-notch execution -Ensure timely execution on site -Conquer snow and ice using shovels, scrapers, snow blowers & backpack blowers -Fuel up, check vehicles, and complete pre/post trip inspections -Serve as the go-to communicator between the team and management
