Supports project documentation, coordination, and admin tasks for power sector projects.

Tasks
-Be a motivated team player that can work independently as needed, ensuring execution of timely and high-quality work products -Work closely with Project Managers and project teams across multiple sectors (Power, Waste, Industrial markets) -Build relationships with peers across other business groups to foster best practices for the team -Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations as needed -Assist in the process of ordering and monitoring insurance certificates and other contractual documents, as needed -Assist with or prepare project invoices as needed -Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management -Create and maintain paper and electronic files -Assist with the development of documents and providing information and support for project reviews as it pertains to the various phases of the project lifecycle in alignment with our Quality Management System (QMS) requirements -Assist in the preparation, updating and organization of contracts and sub-contracts

What You Bring
-Demonstrate the ability to think critically and independently to problem solve -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel -Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience -Exhibit professionalism with internal and external clients -A minimum of 1 years related experience -Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence and have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) -Bachelor's degree -3 or more years of related experience
