Description

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Lead tendering and bidding activities to secure new projects.
• Coordinate with internal shared services including HR, Legal, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
• Develop and implement the division’s strategic direction in line with company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Identify market opportunities and drive business growth within the piling and foundation sector.
• Collaborate with the Group’s Commercial and Business Development teams to expand market reach.
• Provide technical expertise on geotechnical investigations, piling systems, and foundation methodologies.
• Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress and financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Represent the division in tenders, industry forums, and technical events to strengthen brand reputation.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of piling and foundation projects.
• Approve engineering designs and supervise quality and performance standards.
• Participate in negotiations, meetings, and technical discussions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Supervise documentation and online submissions to relevant authorities such as Trakhees and Dubai Municipality.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and continuous team development.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
• Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability across all teams.

Requirements

S.S. Lootah Group is seeking an accomplished Division Head to lead its Piling and Foundation Division. The ideal candidate will oversee all operational, technical, and business aspects of the division, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects while driving growth, quality, and profitability. This senior leadership position requires strong expertise in geotechnical engineering and deep experience managing complex piling and foundation works.

• Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within piling or foundation works.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering, financial management, and project delivery.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and local authority procedures.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale foundation projects and division-level operations.
