Commercial Roofing Supervisor

Overview

Supervise commercial roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and coordination.

Tasks

-Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers -Manage and maintain equipment, maintenance, and logistics on-site -Inspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, manufacturer specifications, and building codes -Identify and resolve issues that may delay work or affect quality -Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress -Conduct regular safety meetings -Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and inspectors -Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities to ensure timely project completion

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings -Ability to travel to job sites as required -Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions -OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred -High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or roofing preferred -5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills -Ability to pass a background check -Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-up, Metal) -Able to work in a physically demanding environment including climbing ladders, lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
