Tasks

-Manage and maintain project documents using the document management system -Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures -Liaise with project teams to ensure timely submission and processing of documents -Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable -Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness and accuracy -Coordinate document distribution to relevant project stakeholders -Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information -Track document revisions and maintain version control -Generate regular reports on document status and project progress -Provide training and support to team members on document control processes

What You Bring

-Knowledge of construction or engineering project documentation processes -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field (preferred) -Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite -Proficiency in document management system -Experience with electronic document management systems -Previous experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering projects -Minimum 8 years of experience. -Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks -Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment -Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English -Excellent organizational and filing skills with a keen attention to detail
