-Forge strong links with the local community and host local events -Get involved within wider parts of the business - engage with fellow store managers, colleagues or pop in and see the Head Office team -Create an exceptional working environment -Ensure a clean, swift and efficient operation - complying with health & safety as well as other processes and procedures
