Tasks

-Accompany applicants around properties, showcasing our clients’ homes -Meet with clients to gather an understanding of their house and garden in order to carry out viewings with applicants -Provide detailed insight to applicants about the properties’ location and benefits -Providing viewing feedback to vendors -Liaise with clients in a polite, professional and confident manner -Booking viewings and Market Appraisals

What You Bring

-Must hold full, valid driving licence -GCSE level education (or equivalent standard), which will include English and Mathematics qualifications. -Good organisational and co-ordination skills -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients -Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and in person -Professional approach and trustworthy -Experience is not essential but would be preferred
