The Role

Overview

Oversee maintenance team, handle repairs, unit turn‑overs, and resident service requests.

Tasks

-Participate in all community maintenance duties, including: preventative maintenance, service request completion, and groundskeeping. -Build a strong rapport with residents. -Create an autonomous, engaging, and rewarding environment where you will be valued. -Create and maintain a make-ready schedule. Monitor apartment vacancies daily and oversee and complete the turnover process. -Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing. -Manage service requests. -Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team. -Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow-up.

What You Bring

-Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field. -Ability to multitask and meet goals. -Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds. -Excellent customer service and passion for helping people. -3+ years of Supervisory experience. -Good communication and attention to detail. -Attention to safety and the ability to comply with all MSDS Sheets.
