Tasks

-Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors -Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and managing variations, valuations, and final accounts. -Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements. -Monitor and manage project risks, implementing measures to control costs and mitigate potential issues. -Manage commercial aspects of cladding and façade projects, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. -Adapting commercial strategies to maintain programme and protect margins.
