Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager, located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The EHS Manager will oversee and implement all environment, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, and workplace inspections, as well as designing and delivering safety training programs. The role also involves continuously improving EHS strategies to maintain a safe and sustainable workplace.

What You Bring

-A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or a related field is preferred -Strong familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and EHS risk management -Strong knowledge and experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Health, and general Health & Safety practices -Professional certifications in relevant EHS disciplines (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are a plus -Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills -Proficiency in accident investigation techniques and the ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions -Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs related to workplace safety and occupational health
