  • Manage the unit turn process:
  • Communicate final accounting items with the accounting team.
  • Coordinate with construction and maintenance to ensure apartments are prepared on schedule and meet quality expectations.
  • Oversee move-outs:
  • Prioritize daily and weekly projects to align with portfolio goals.
  • Complete a scope of work with Maintenance
  • Assist in scheduling and following up with construction crews for completion of unit turns
  • Coordinate key returns, assess damages, and assign move-out charges.
  • Maintain property quality: Regularly inspect common areas, landscaping, and exteriors to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
