Tasks

-Compile, prepare and email documents -Assist with permitting -Coordinate meetings with jurisdictional authorities and/or water purveyors -Research to determine the proper jurisdictional authorities and/or water purveyors -Process Client notifications and notify all appropriate parties in accordance with client specific guidelines -Coordinate with consulting to obtain dates and times for scheduling purposes -Provide scheduling assistance for consultants and Engineers

What You Bring

-1-3 years of administrative experience -High School or GED -Experience in fire consulting preferred
