We’re looking for a Superintendent with 5+ years of experience in water and wastewater construction to lead field operations on projects including treatment plants, pump stations, and heavy civil infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating crews, managing complex schedules, and delivering high-quality results safely and efficiently. Only candidates with direct civil and/or water/wastewater experience will be considered for this role. -Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills -5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in water or wastewater construction -Hands-on experience with heavy civil or municipal infrastructure projects
