Tasks

-Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies. -Conduct critical path analysis and scenario planning to support project decisions. -Generate accurate progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders. -Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to the team. -Develop and manage the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of planning activities. -Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance. -Support project controls including resource loading, earned value analysis, and forecasting.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential; MS Project is a plus. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. -5–8 years of experience in project planning, preferably in data centers or infrastructure projects. -Familiarity with construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and authority submission timelines. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
