Senior Project Manager Construction - Large Projects - Utah

Tasks

-Identify potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures promptly. -Represent WW Clyde in project meetings and labor negotiations/strategy meetings. -Maintain active liaison with customers, joint-venture partners, subcontractors, and others to facilitate construction activities. -Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve problems and ensure construction quality. -Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with the project management guide. -Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. -Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through regional department heads. -Oversee budgets and adjusted job costing; prepare and organize monthly project cost reports for review with Area and Division Managers. -Monitor and control construction through the administrative direction of on-site Superintendents, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

What You Bring

-Leverage experience with Alternative Delivery projects to enhance project execution. -Proven ability to assume responsibility and meet deadlines. -Superior communication and interpersonal skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. -In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings & specifications, building materials, and industry standards. -Must be willing and able to travel as required by project locations. -Strong grasp of technology and construction software is essential. -As part of our hiring process, all candidates are subject to a comprehensive background check.
