Tasks

-Navigate and implement regulatory and security frameworks -Assist with vendor communications and maintain strong vendor relationships -Track progress and report on key milestones, risks, and dependencies. -Maintain, and publish procedural documentation and user guides -Support budgeting and resource allocation for IT initiatives -Lead crisis management and ensure business continuity -Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery -Lead organizational transformation through technology -Monitor and report on program performance metrics -Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust plans as needed -Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT program roadmap -Bridge gaps between IT, operations, and business units -Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize IT needs -Ensure adherence to IT governance standards and best practices -Organize and support training sessions for IT systems; publish and distribute training materials -Align technology initiatives with business goals and long-term vision -Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment -Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders -Prioritize IT projects based on complexity, impact, and business needs -Manage contract completion, renewals, and compliance tracking

What You Bring

-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) -3+ years of experience in business technology -Strong understanding of IT systems, lifecycle management, and vendor coordination -Degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, or Project Management) and at least 3 years of experience in information technology project or program management -Experience in change management and process improvement -PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills -Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
