Tasks

-Support the business development team for potential opportunities for highway bridges in collaboration with bridge engineering team across Canada -Supervise back office and subcontractors on the delivery of for construction design of urban integration (roads) in urban environment -Liaise with Clients reporting advance, design solutions, alternatives, risks. -Revise the design provided by subconsultant and/or back office, -Supervise the development of the discipline within the project assigned reporting advance and schedule to the design management team, -Potentially act as Engineer of Records for final design in case necessary / where that is not part of a subcontractor, -Provide technical input within multi-disciplinary design teams,

What You Bring

-Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team -10-15 years of experience in Transportation and Urban integration locally -Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner -Must have experience in detailed design coordination -P. Eng registration mandatory -Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills -Willingness to learn, develop and apply new techniques, standards, and processes as well as to take on additional tasks as needed -Excellent analytical and technical writing skills, excellent organizational, time management and critical thinking skills -Ability to report effectively with upper management, coworkers, clients, vendors, partners, contractors, etc. -Fluency in English, both written and verbal is critical
