Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, DPDP, NIS2) -Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure timely and quality delivery. -Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, analytics platforms, and custom solutions. -Review solution architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security protocols. -Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption strategies. -Integrate cybersecurity best practices into solution design and delivery. -Drive delivery excellence through structured project governance, milestone tracking, and partner coordination -Foster a culture of innovation through incubation labs and digital champions. -Act as the primary point of contact for digital solution escalations and strategic decisions -Track KPIs such as SLA adherence, service availability, and customer satisfaction. -Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions aligned with business goals. -Ensure robust infrastructure planning including cloud, network, and data center operations

Requirements

What You Bring

-TOGAF / ITIL -Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data lakes, AI/ML, and enterprise -PMP / Prince2 -Proven track record in managing large-scale digital programs across applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. -ISO 27001 / CISSP / CISM (for cybersecurity exposure) -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -10–20 years of experience in IT/digital transformation roles, with at least 5 years in leadership. -Experience in vendor management, partner governance, and multi-stakeholder delivery.
