Assist Community Director with leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, and property upkeep.

Tasks

-Frequently sit, stand and walk. -Greet prospective clients, show community, and aid in leasing duties. -Accurately reporting all time worked by clocking in before beginning to work and out only when done working. -Update daily all rents, deposits, and application fees received. -Presenting a professional image to residents, vendors, and owners. -Maintain accurate resident records. -Following all company policies and procedures. -Keep daily records on lease renewals and terminations. -Preparing, locating, and compiling information and documents. -Issue appropriate notice when necessary (e.g., late payments, eviction notices, returned check memos). -Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required. -Deposit all receipts before the bank closes each day. -Inspect move-outs and vacancies. -Assist Community Director in meeting targeted revenue goals by exceeding occupancy budgets, improving resident retention, and monitoring the property's financial performance.

What You Bring

-Professional verbal and written communication. -Be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention. -Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently. -Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience required. -Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. -Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software. -Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. -Travel up to 10 % of the time. -Must have affordable/tax credit experience. -Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. -Must be willing to work weekends. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents. -Thrive in a team environment. -Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. -Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary. -Regularly required to talk or hear. -Bachelor's degree preferred.
