Tasks

-Participation in local professional organizations, preparing, and presenting market specific papers and presentations -Hydraulic modeling -Consistently managing and delivering projects on time and within budget -Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients -Providing marketing and support during the procurement and execution of projects -Assisting in marketing business opportunities with key clients and development of responses to RFPs/RFQs -Work in collaboration with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD) in producing plans and specifications -Leading teams in the delivery of water/wastewater projects

What You Bring

-Strong verbal, computer, and organizational skills -Excellent design team leadership skills -Risk and resiliency consulting and design -Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona is required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date -A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience -Excellent technical writing skills -Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in either Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering -Data analytics, GIS, process automation, dynamic system modeling, and smart water system planning, design, and implementation -Strong client relationship skills -Desire and ability to manage and mentor staff -Regional and technical expertise in water and wastewater engineering -Master of Science (MS) degree
