Coordinate energy efficiency programs, manage data, contractors, and provide customer service.

Tasks

-Safeguard confidential customer information. -Generate reports for projects and program operations. -Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer centric environment. -Take customer service calls in pursuit of first call resolution. -May provide peer training to co-workers and job shadowing support as assigned in area of responsibility. -Data Entry - enter data into various database applications. -Communicate effectively as part of team approach with other departments in servicing customers. -Maintain electronic tracking system of applications, rebates and other supporting documents. -Provide customer service activities such as responding to emails and phone calls.

What You Bring

-Experience with various Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams -Able to meet deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs -Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -2+ years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or project coordination preferred -Experience working with utility-sponsored rebate or incentive programs is a plus -Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively -Must be located in or willing to relocate to New Jersey -2+ years previous customer service and data entry experience required -Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization to deliver on commitments and meet objectives -Bachelor's degree preferred
