About S&B
-Founded in 1967 by two friends in Houston, S&B began as a tiny engineering shop that quickly grew through grit and integrity. -By the late 1970s it had merged engineering and construction arms into a single EPC firm, tackling Department of Energy salt-dome projects. -They also branch into pulp & paper, advanced recycling, power & industrial, and marine market segments. -In 2021 they acquired Bibb Engineers & Constructors to deepen power and alternative fuels expertise and expand geographic reach. -Today they serve process sectors—refining, petrochemicals, NGL fractionation, export terminals and pipelines—integrating engineering through commissioning. -Often operating in complex, world-scale environments, S&B delivers large capital projects safely, on time and within budget.
