Tasks

-Uphold a robust internal control environment, mitigating SOX-related risks and ensuring compliance. -Lead financial planning and analysis for complex projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational KPIs. -Build strong partnerships across teams, fostering collaboration and influencing outcomes to meet financial and operational objectives. -Design and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis. -Develop and present financial reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to senior leaders to support data-driven decision-making. -Lead or contribute to cross-functional business initiatives, serving as a subject matter expert in financial strategy and execution. -Own department-level budgets and rolling forecasts, promoting accountability for revenue, gross margin, capital expenditures, and other financial commitments. -Champion continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and implementing best practices in FP&A tools and methodologies. -Collaborate on global process requirements, including statutory/tax reporting, localization, and operational reporting needs.

What You Bring

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint and Word. -Experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase or similar cube-based reporting platforms. -MBA preferred. -Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools. -Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex financial models for strategic decision-making. -Experience in the Utilities & Energy sector or with customer-centric technology organizations. -MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, with a proven track record in complex financial analysis and planning. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline required. -Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment. -Proven ability to drive change and challenge the status quo with authenticity and accountability. -Experience supporting financial analysis for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Managed Services solutions is a plus. -Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and driving progress collaboratively. -Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
