Tasks

-Track bid submissions, outcomes, and closing ratios, providing reports to the Plumbing Construction Manager -Work closely with the Plumbing Construction Manager and Project Managers to ensure estimates reflect project requirements -Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment -Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and materials availability -Review project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to determine project scope and requirements -Develop competitive and accurate bids that align with company goals and client expectations -Supporting ownership & management team

What You Bring

-4+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience. (A background with infield installation experience is desired) -Intermediate or Advanced experience with computer software. -Strong ability to understand and interpret blueprints and manage multiple projects at once. -Strong work ethic and must be a self-starter. -Effective communication and negotiation skills. -Highly rated by our customers and employees -Detail oriented and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
