The Role

Overview

Support HR system migration from Workday to SuccessFactors and analyze HR data.

Tasks

-Collaborate with respective teams to configure SuccessFactors modules aligned with Linxon’s HR strategy. -Support the transition from Workday to SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and process continuity. -Support change management initiatives and training for end-users. -Upon implementation manage reports using SuccessFactors analytics tools. -Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current HR processes and recommend system-based solutions. -Extract, analyze, and present HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning. -Work with HR business partners, talent acquisition, and learning & development to align system capabilities with business needs.

What You Bring

-3–5 years of experience in HR systems, with proven expertise in both Workday and SuccessFactors. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. -Experience in transitioning from Workday to SuccessFactors is mandatory. -Exposure to global HR operations and compliance standards. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
