Tasks

-Data quality monitoring; master data governance -Support data visualization as needed -Data extraction, cleansing and loading -Support data augmentation as needed -Ensure data requirements are captured in business use cases -Participate in master data discovery, extraction, cleansing, conversion, and loading -Identify defects and issues -Work with business process leads, key stakeholders and end users to understand end-to-end, cross-functional data requirements -Participate in User Review Testing and execute business scenarios -Organized and accountable to ensure work is managed and deadlines are met -Support business users with data integrity issues and questions during ERP go-live & hyper-care

-Strong interpersonal skills -This role will work remotely in the US with periodic heavy domestic travel. -Innovative spirit to work cross-functionally in developing improvement ideas -3+ years of master data and ERP system expertise, including: -Hands-on experience with SAP or part of another ERP implementation team -Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline -KPI reporting and data visualization to drive business results -Problem solving skills to identify and resolve the root cause of issues and creativity to drive continuous improvement -3+ years of business process experience, including: -Ability to communicate in a simple, articulate, thoughtful manner -Understand data bridge to legacy systems and reports, to support stakeholders and users as they adopt the new system
