Overview

Lead commercial management of a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, handling contracts, procurement, cost reporting and stakeholder relations.

Tasks

-Manage contract administration, including claims, variations, and extensions. -Support the commercial team to ensure project delivery and performance. -Engage with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and negotiate outcomes. -Support net zero carbon initiatives and manage related project emissions. -Drive process improvements and manage continuous business enhancements. -Oversee procurement, onboarding contractors, and post-contract management. -Handle monthly client applications, invoice approvals, and cost reporting. -Ensure compliance with legal and commercial procedures on-site.

What You Bring
