Tasks

-Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, innovative solutions -Advanced Nuclear – supporting regulatory and risk initiatives for next-generation nuclear (e.g., NEI 18-04, LMP, ESP and siting) -Advise and interpret new and advanced nuclear regulations, methods, and approaches to support industry (e.g., NEI) and advanced nuclear vendor needs -Tools & Innovation – applying online risk tools and exploring advanced methods, including optimization approaches -Client & Regulatory Support – providing consulting expertise, preparing regulatory submittals, and delivering solutions that improve safety and efficiency -Risk-Informed Applications – supporting licensing and regulatory strategies that impact plant operations (e.g., RICT, 50.69, ILRT extensions) -Human Reliability & Accident Analysis – conducting HRA and evaluating severe accident scenarios -Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders -Mentor and support early-career engineers through knowledge-sharing and guidance -Conduct PRA analyses, calculations, and risk-informed engineering evaluations -Contribute to business growth by building relationships and identifying opportunities -PRA Modeling & Analysis – developing and enhancing PRA models for internal events, fire, seismic, and external hazards

What You Bring

-Project management or technical leadership experience -Strong analytical skills and a commitment to nuclear safety -5+ years of PRA experience (10+ for senior-level consideration) -Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal -Experience with nuclear plant or advanced nuclear PRA, operations, licensing, or engineering -Familiarity with NRC risk-informed processes -Hands-on experience in PRA (internal events, fire PRA, external hazards, or risk-informed applications) -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent PRA-related experience) -Prior consulting or client-facing experience
