Tasks

-Utilize test equipment to verify system performance and signal quality. -Complete detailed reports documenting work performed, materials used, and site conditions. -Replace or upgrade equipment, cables, and hardware as needed. -Follow all safety protocols, including fall protection and RF exposure guidelines. -Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cellular towers, antennas, and related equipment. -Collaborate with crew members, foremen, and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards. -Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

-Ability to climb and work at heights exceeding 200 feet. -Strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry best practices. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus. -Must be willing and able to relocate to Rapid City, SD before start date. -Knowledge of RF systems, coax, and fiber preferred but not required. -Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders. -Capability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and travel as required. -Previous experience in tower climbing, cellular maintenance, or related telecommunications work preferred (will train the right candidate).
