Overview

Manage state land private sales, tendering, post-sale coordination, and related administration.

Tasks

-Assessment and collection of Land Betterment Charge arising from development applications involving change of use and/or increase in intensity. -After sale, coordinate with Successful Tenderers and professional consultants to ensure the development outcome is aligned with planning objectives. -Process direct sale of State lands to Private entities. -Work with agencies to prepare comprehensive set of planning and technical requirements to guide the development of the sale of State land and draw up tender conditions for the sites. -Review existing practices and policies and liaison with external parties on general enquiries, feedback and appeals.

What You Bring

-Meticulous with strong analytical ability -Qualification in any discipline, preferably Real Estate -Good interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills -Able to work independently as well as within a team -Proficient in Microsoft Office
