-Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards -Manage and optimize resource allocation across multiple project sites -Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution -Collaborate with business development teams to support bid preparations and client presentations -Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement -Implement and oversee risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle -Analyze project data and key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness -Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients -Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets for mixed-use construction projects -Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

What You Bring

-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail -Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects within PMC environments -Proficiency in construction management software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and AutoCAD -A minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixed-use development projects -Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field -Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and construction practices -Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively -Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus -Willingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia as needed
