Overview
Ensures accurate, timely payroll processing and maintains records using ADP.

Tasks
-Calculate figures and amounts such as commissions, and percentages. -Data entry, systems maintenance, report generation. -Calculate, key, total, and balance substitute payrolls. -Ensure data accuracy and compliance within ADP system -Create reports for information pertaining to payroll. -Communicate with employees regarding changes in salary, benefits, etc. -Enter changes to employee payroll records. -Handle voluntary and involuntary deductions.

-Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. -Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms. -Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.). -Knowledge of Human Resource and administrative policies and procedures. -Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level. -Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). -Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. -High School Diploma or GED Required -Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. -3 – 5 years of ADP Payroll experience Required
