Tasks

-Foster strong, collaborative relationships with our client, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. -Coordinating and managing regular project status reporting (current status, financials, earned value, schedule, etc) across a large portfolio of capital projects. -Taking ownership and responsibility for costs and budget outcomes and having current knowledge of all aspects of the project’s financial position and schedule at any point in time. -Continuous improvement of reporting tools and templates. -Ensure strict adherence to head contract obligations, safeguarding the project’s financial and commercial interests. -Onboarding of new team members and inductions / training. -Contribute to integrated reporting processes by providing insights on project progress, performance metrics, and cost tracking. -Maintain comprehensive and uptodate records of contract variations, delays, claims, extensions of time, and payment schedules to support accurate reporting. -Work closely with our project managers, engineers and scientists across the full lifecycle of project delivery coordinating and driving timely scoping, approval, change management, claims handling, payment processing, and contract closeout.

What You Bring

-At least 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator working in infrastructure delivery. -Previous experience in a consulting type environment or with water infrastructure will be highly regarded. -Proven negotiation and problemsolving skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively. -Professional Memberships -A proactive mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and team collaboration. -A natural problem solver who thrives on managing complexity, building relationships, and delivering results. -Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. -Be able to commit to working in the office / client office 3 to 4 days per week. -At least 5 years’ experience as a Project / Contract Administrator working in infrastructure delivery. -Previous experience in dashboards such as Microsoft Power BI will be highly regarded.
