Tasks

-Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team -Ensure that the project conforms with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory / legal requirements -Support implementation of project Quality Management System to ensure quality objectives and targets are met -Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends and areas for improvement -Provide support to delivery teams (engineers, supervisors, surveyors) in meeting contractual requirements in relation to Quality Management -Provide technical quality expertise for the project -Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical works to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions -Perform all duties in accordance with project policies, processes, systems and procedure -Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a quality culture that drives business improvement -Ensure that the workplace understands and meets its regulatory and legal obligations as they relate to quality -Ensure that the workplace maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus and discipline associated with quality -Identify, manage and monitor quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may adversely impact the surety of successful project delivery
